Along Your Journey welcomes referrals from clinicians, healthcare providers, and community organizations seeking counseling services for individuals in their care.
Our practice works with adults navigating a range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, addiction, and life transitions. Referrals may come from primary care providers, mental health clinicians, community agencies, or other organizations supporting individuals seeking counseling services.
When making a referral, please include any information that may assist our team in determining appropriate services and availability. Once received, our office will review the referral and follow up regarding next steps when appropriate.
