Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your time is important to you, as is ours. We offer a flexible cancellation policy but require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows impact your treatment and prevent us from serving other clients.


Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be marked as a Late Cancel and billed at the full session rate. A No Show occurs when a client misses an appointment without providing any notice and is also billed at the full session rate. Emergency Fee waivers are reserved for true emergencies involving serious injury, medical crises, or other extreme circumstances beyond your control. Please notify your therapist promptly if this applies to you.


Clients have full autonomy over their schedules and appointment reminders. If you’re unsure about attending, we encourage you to cancel and reschedule as soon as possible to avoid fees.


Same-day appointments may be available—message your therapist directly to check for open time slots. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Non-Discrimination Policy

Along Your Journey complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and  practices non discrimination. Along Your Journey does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex (consistent with the scope of sex discrimination described at 45 CFR § 92.101(a)(2)). Along Your Journey does not exclude people or treat them less favorably because of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.


Along Your Journey:


1.  Provides people with disabilities reasonable modifications and free appropriate auxiliary aids and services to communicate effectively with us, such as:

  • Qualified sign language interpreters
  • Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats).

2.  Provides free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English, which may include:

  • Qualified interpreters
  • Information written in other languages.
