Embark on Your Journey with Me
Life’s path is an unpredictable voyage, dotted with boulders and pebbles, stormy seas and sunny horizons. As your steadfast companion, I’ll stand by you through challenges and triumphs, guiding you through even the most treacherous passages. Together, we’ll traverse valleys and peaks, navigating growth, pain, and unexpected storms. I’ve gazed into the abyss and stood at the ocean’s edge, uncertain of the journey ahead. I’ve witnessed journeys of darkness and light, of struggle and exploration.
I’ve embarked on countless journeys, both as an explorer and guide. Epic odysseys through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and adversity. Expeditions through identity exploration, alternative relationships, major life transitions, immigration, and addiction.
Joining Forces for Your Well-Being
Many find themselves lost, wandering without direction. With over a decade of mental health experience, I’ve guided countless souls. But remember, you’re the author of your journey—I simply offer my experience as your travel companion.
My Offerings
I provide integrated services, collaborating with other professionals to ensure your journey is supported holistically. Weekend appointments, in-person or telehealth, I work with adolescents to end-of-life stages, serving individuals, couples, families, and groups in Spanish or English.
Experience
With 14 years in mental health, including 4 years in private practice, my journey is a mosaic of diverse roles. From addiction and trauma work to collaborations in family medicine, I’ve woven a rich tapestry of healing. My previous role as a Behavioral Health Provider in a medical clinic emphasized whole-body health and destigmatized mental well-being.
Education and Approach
Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Minor in Ethnic Studies and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Psychology, my toolkit combines person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, gestalt, and existential approaches. Certified in EMDR and trained in addictions and trauma, I believe in nurturing holistic growth.
Personal Odyssey
Beyond guiding others, I craft my own expeditions. I’m a family person, an avid traveler, immersing myself in different cultures and languages, savoring the world’s wonders. In warmer seasons, I embrace the outdoors; in colder times, I seek wisdom in books.
Your journey is my mission. Let’s navigate life’s intricacies together.
